Markers

• M adds a marker at the playhead; press it on an existing marker to edit it.
• ⇧M jumps to the next marker; Sequence ▸ Go to Previous Marker goes back.
• Click a marker in the ruler to jump to it; double-click to rename it, change its color or delete it.
• Right-click empty track space ▸ Add Marker Here.

In and Out points

With the timeline or Program monitor active:

• I sets the In point and O the Out point at the playhead. The range is highlighted in the ruler.
• ⇧I / ⇧O jump to them; ⌥X clears them.

Drag the In or Out edge of the highlighted range in the ruler to adjust it. Use Range ▸ Sequence In/Out in the Export dialog to export only that part — or skip In/Out entirely and drag the handles in the Export dialog itself.

Shortcuts show the Mac keys: on Windows and Linux use Ctrl for ⌘ and Alt for ⌥.
